CFSIC Out of Suspension for Participation Agreements

CFSIC is out of suspension for the signing of Participation Agreements.

Over the weekend our team provided Participation Agreements to 61 claimants in line. We also processed more than 40 emails alerting others in line as to the approximate date on which they can expect to receive their Participation Agreement.

We ask everyone’s patience as we diligently work through what is a very long line, which reaches back to the early part of June.

CFSIC is still in suspension for the taking of new applications, and will be for at least three to four months.

Where We Are

CFSIC has committed to $37.4 million in foundation remediation and reimbursement. To date, almost $17 million of claims have been paid. We expect that before Christmas between 80 and 90 families will be back in their homes.
