Today CFSIC received $12.4 million from the Healthy Homes Fund though the auspices of the CT Department of Housing. Read more
We have been informed by the Connecticut Insurance Department that Healthy Homes surcharge funds are on their way to the CT Department of Housing. We’re attempting to establish a timeframe this week for the receipt of those funds. Read more
CFSIC continues to move as rapidly as we can with our Tier 1 Pending claimants to bring them into Active status and from there into the Participation Agreement line. Read more
As a reminder, CFSIC is currently in suspension for the issuance of new Participation Agreements. The Participation Agreement signed by a claimant and, in each case, countersigned by the Superintendent is the only way that CFSIC claim funds get committed to a foundation project. Read more
