Beginning on February 2, 2024 and at all times subsequent to that date, CFSIC will not make any final payment to a contractor for a Type 1 remediation, or any final payment to a homeowner for a Type 2 remediation, unless that contractor or homeowner, respectively, has filed with CFSIC a valid and acceptable computerized concrete delivery ticket, or other form of concrete mix design verification acceptable to CFSIC, inclusive in the latter case of test cylinders, for each truckload of concrete delivered related to the pouring of the walls of any foundation remediated, regardless of type. This includes walls and slab, if slab-on-grade. (We will not require delivery tickets for footings or regular basement floor slab placements.)
