CFSIC will conduct two home inspector certification courses to be conducted in person on November 10 and November 17, 2022. If you are a currently licensed CT home inspector with a minimum of three years of active experience, seeking first-time CFSIC certification, you can enroll on either day. Read more

At a recent meeting of the volunteer Board of Directors of CFSIC, the Board unanimously approved a recommendation by the Superintendent that the cap on the number of paid Type 2 claims be raised from 100 to 125. Read more
