CFSIC’s annual audited financial for the fiscal period ending June 30, 2022 is in its final stages of review with CFSIC’s independent auditor. To date, 56 Severity Class 2 homeowners have gotten Participation Agreements, with construction valued at $9,026,227…and we are particularly pleased to report that, of this number, 21 remediations have been completed, representing $3,187,848 in completed construction. Read more

CFSIC has received the first new CT Bond Commission allotment of $25 million. We will be re-opening the Participation Agreement line this morning…but beginning with those claimants in that line who have been there since October 2021. Read more
